A-B-C Warranty

When you purchase our A-B-C Warranty, you can have peace of mind knowing that your frames and lenses will be covered in the event of an accident.

THE A-B-C WARRANTY INCLUDES:

Our Basic Warranty:

✅ A 90-day adaptation warranty on your prescription

✅ Warranty on manufacturing defects on frames and lens coatings

✅Certain repairs, replacement of nose pads and frame adjustments at no cost

PLUS

Protection against accidental breakage not covered by the Basic Warranty:

✅ Breakage of a frame component

✅Lens breakage (deep scratches, cracks)

DURATION OF THE A-B-C WARRANTY

The A-B-C WARRANTY offers one year of accidental breakage coverage starting on the day your glasses are delivered to you. If no claims are made within the 12-month validity period, your A-B-C WARRANTY can be transferred to a subsequent purchase of equal or lesser value made within 36 months from the date of your initial purchase. If the subsequent purchase is of greater value, the warranty can be transferred by paying the difference from the initial cost of the warranty, based on the price list available in-store. The A-B C WARRANTY is non-refundable.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

You can use your warranty at any Optical Warehouse location. When processing a claim, Optical Warehouse will cover 80% of the replacement cost based on the regular price of the item, and you will be charged the balance which is equal to 20%of the regular price. When making a claim, in the event that the frame to be replaced is no longer available from our suppliers, Optical Warehouse commits to substituting the original item with a frame of similar or equal value. In such a case, you will have the option to choose a frame of higher value by paying the price difference between the original frame and the new one selected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE A-B-C WARRANTY :
• Is only available for purchase on a complete pair of glasses including a frame and lenses.

• Is for a single pair of glasses only, and therefore each pair of glasses must have its own warranty.

• Must be purchased no later than the day on which your glasses are delivered to you.

• Can be used once for the frame and once for the lenses. The frame and lenses can either be replaced at the same time or at different times.

• Does not include the replacement of a complete pair if you lose your glasses. When making a claim, the product to be replaced must be handed over to the store.

• Is not an insurance policy.

• Covers all issues not considered manufacturing defects.

• Does not cover a frame exchange if you no longer like your frame choice or if it no longer fits, such as when a child has outgrown their frame.

• Cannot be purchased for safety glasses, contact lenses,
or clearance items.
